AXI supports $60M Westhill High School renovation project
Shawn's Lawns used AXI to run engagement, outreach, and good faith efforts on the Westhill High School renovation in Stamford, Connecticut — meeting CHRO requirements and increasing CT-certified SBE and MBE utilization.
Shawn's Lawns used AXI on its recent bid for the Westhill High School renovation project, a $60 million capital project located in Stamford, Connecticut. AXI imported the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services Supplier Diversity database into the project workspace and supported the full compliance lifecycle — engagement, outreach, contracting, and documented good faith efforts.
Shawn's Lawns won the bid, and site work is scheduled to begin this summer.
Meeting Connecticut CHRO requirements out of the box
The Westhill project required submissions on Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO) forms — including the GFE short form and GFE long form — at multiple project milestones. AXI was configured to meet each of those requirements directly, and the platform's outreach and documentation tools increased the project's utilization of CT-certified Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) and Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs).
